  1. The Base (Photography)

All clients will receive the following:

  • 30 minute consultation with Sydney

  • 1 hour of lifestyle photography at the business site

  • 30 - 40 images with full rights for digital use

  • Images returned within 30 calendar days

Sliding Scale Pricing: $350 - $450 + tax

What is sliding scale pricing? Every business has their own unique budget. Sliding scale pricing allows each business to choose a price that feels comfortable for them.

2. Add-ons

  • You can upgrade your 1 hour shoot to 2 hours or 4 hours.

    2 hour - sliding scale pricing $600 - $700, 55-65 images

    4 hour - sliding scale pricing $1000 - $1100, 110-120 images

  • If your business is local to the Madison, WI area, consider a feature on the @explore_madison Instagram account. With over 7500 followers, your business is guaranteed to reach new and old audiences.

    Prices are dependent on the nature of the post, services provided, and time needed to capture/edit content.

  • Everyone needs a refresh. Looking for the peace of mind that you’ll have fresh content every season of the year? Book ahead and save!

    For every quarter you book ahead, save $50 per shoot (maximum of 4 quarters).

    Ex. I chose to pay $400 for my 1 hour shoot. If I book 2 more 1 hour shoots, I will only pay $300 per shoot.

  • We’ll choose 5-10 photos from your gallery to be printed as post cards for your business. You can sell them, send to clients, or use as thank you notes!

I think about this as an Idea Exchange. We’ll talk about your à la carte selections and make a plan for the shoot. My goal is to familiarize myself with your business, so I can capture authentic images that lead to real growth.

    I will visit your business and experience your products, services, and spaces. I will take lifestyle photos on my DSLR camera, professionally edit them, and share the photos with your business for marketing use.

  • I take the videos, your business posts them!

    I will visit your business and experience your products, services, and spaces. I will take lifestyle video clips on my iPhone, create a shared gallery, and license the video content for your business to use freely.

    Starting at $200, ask about reel creation!

  • I make the graphics, your business posts them!

    I will create informational graphics for use on social media (think: announcements, event promotion, new offerings, etc.)
